Can I check the product before accepting delivery?
Yes. We strongly recommend checking your product in front of the delivery personnel.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
You must report it immediately at the time of delivery and return it on the spot.
Can I request a return after the delivery person leaves?
No. Once the delivery is completed and accepted, returns will not be applicable.
